…And then there were three

[Adopting social media tone] We’ve smashed our targets and hit so many balls out of so many parks that children have got nothing left to play with! We’re excited, thrilled even verging on the brink of ecstatic!

…Or in #nononsense style, we’re quite chuffed that Andrew Brown has agreed to join us part-time as a Senior Energy Consultant. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience working with CHP and covering a big part of what we do, so he has all the skills and experience we could wish for in a colleague.

But this isn’t about the ‘next phase of growth’; it’s about:

• Making a bit of breathing space to refine our systems and processes

• Ensuring that our existing client work remains well and truly at the top of its game

We still need more really good people to join us. We have the flexibility to mould a job around the right person rather than the other way around. We’re still looking for at least one of the following (or a hybrid thereof):

• An experienced energy consulting super-star (so another Andrew)

• A master of energy compliance

• A highly organised and numerate data-demon, preferably with energy experience but not essential
